Are you tired of having the same argument over and over?
Do you wish your partner would understand you?
Are you starting to lose hope for your relationship?
Often couples get into a negative cycle of arguing which is hard to recover from. During the fights, it is very difficult to hear your partner, or to have your partner understand you. After a while, many couples start to give up, thinking that things will never change.
Don't let the arguments continue . . . I'd like to help before things get worse.
Many couples are scared to seek out couples therapy. Maybe you worry that starting couples therapy means that your relationship has failed, or that it is doomed. This is not true!
Deciding to start couples therapy is a declaration that your relationship is important and worth the time and effort to improve it. As your therapist, I will provide a safe, respectful environment where you and your partner can connect and safely communicate. I'm not here to blame nor to criticize you, but to act as a consultant to your relationship to find the best ways to allow you and your partner to connect.
Your relationship can be improved. After a few sessions, you will likely notice changes in your relationship. We will check in often to make sure everyone is on the same page and see how things are going.
If you'd like to end the argument and feel loved and desired again, call me at (714) 563-6577. I'd love to answer any questions about what to expect.
